Rates

The rental contract is usually designed for a complete academic year. In case of room availability, we also welcome students who’d like to stay for a shorter duration.

The services described on this website are all included in the rates listed below, there are no additional costs (e.g. for electricity, water or internet access). Exceptions: washing machine usage and the borrowing of bed covers from the dormitory (see FAQs for details).

One – off payments:

Monthly rates:

The rates are due on the 5th of the respective month and will be transferred automatically via direct debit mandate. If the automated payment fails, the resulting bank fees will be passed on to whoever is at fault.
