Our student hall of residence
Our student residence brings together students from various countries in a friendly, multicultural community – a fitting environment for daily student life. We’re ideally located just minutes from the city center, the University of Technology, the city park, and the scenic Mur River promenade. Everything you need is within easy reach.
With only 26 beds, our residence offers a cozy, family-like atmosphere. We provide private single rooms and more budget-friendly shared rooms – all thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped. The following items and services are included in every standard rental contract:
- Furnishings: bed, mattress, pillow, blanket, desk, chair, rolling storage box, wardrobe, wall shelf, roller blinds, trash can
- Room Features: fridge, mirror, towel rail, sink with drinkable tap water
- Utilities & Comfort: electricity, lighting, broadband internet (including Wi-Fi), thermostat-controlled heating
- Extras: bed linen available for a one-time rental fee (see FAQ for details)
In 2015, all shared spaces were fully renovated. Each floor features 8 student rooms along with shared kitchen, toilet, and shower facilities.
Our cleaning service ensures shared areas are cleaned weekly. Shower rooms are kept clear by default – each resident brings their own items to and from their room, leaving the space ready for the next person.
Shared Facilities on each floor Include:
- Two ceramic hobs with four cooking zones each
- Oven and microwave
- Dining area with satellite TV
- Additional storage space for kitchenware assigned to each room
- Washing machine (€0.50 per 50-minutes, minimum 2 coins) and free tumble dryer
- Two separate shower rooms
- Three separate toilet rooms
